Classes are taught by award-winning choreographer Bonnie Curtis.
This class is suited to people who have never taken a tap class or would like to refresh their tap dancing skills.

What is Tap Dance?
Tap dance is a style of dance known for rhythm and musicality. Tap dancers where shoes fitted with metal plates that create sounds when the dancer strikes their foot on a hard surface, such as the floor. Made famous by Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Mr Bojangles and movie musicals from the 20th century.
Tap shoes are required for this class. Tap shoes can be purchased at the Dance Essentials Co. store in Bowral.
