How are you?

We hope you’re able to find moments of positivity and joy to keep you going through this storm.

After having a few weeks off, BCP has returned to online company rehearsals.

It has been wonderful to dance and create together again.

This has been a tough time and we hope you’re doing things to keep your mind and body healthy, such as dancing (we are biased).

It’s the best form of mental and physical wellbeing known to humanity.

We hope you’re dancing every day, even if it’s purely in your office chair during a zoom meeting.

COACHING & ONLINE CLASSES
 

If you’re looking for a more structured dance session outside of loungeroom boogies, try 1 of our online classes.

Our classes are taught by a live teacher who adapts exercises for your needs.

Class numbers are capped so you receive personalised attention and feedback.

If you’re unable to make a class, the recording is available for 7 days so you can catch up at a time that suits you.

– BCP classes will continue to be online until further notice. We’ll send you an email update as soon as in-person classes are set to resume.
– Creative Dance Workshop for Adults and Creative Dance for Kids School Holiday workshops have been rescheduled to a later date. We’ll let you you know once we have a confirmed date.

Get dancing with choreographer and dancer Bonnie Curtis. Bonnie will guide you to create your own dance moves.

All you need to get dancing is a bit of space, comfortable clothes and some of your favourite music to play.

Follow Bonnie to learn how to write your name using your body and create a unique dance that’s all your own.
