2025 Auditions
Bonnie Curtis Projects is seeking female-identifying dancers to join our company for the premiere of our bold, comedic, and thought-provoking new work, GIRLS GONE WILD premiering in September 2025.

Roles Available:
1 x Ensemble Dancer
1 x Understudy/Swing
Rehearsals will commence in March 2025, with paid performances in September 2025.

Professional dancers based in NSW with tertiary training or equivalent experience are eligible to apply.
We’re looking for performers who have:
– Confidence in physical theatre, character and voice work
– Strong contemporary dance technique and versatility
– Dramatic and comedic flair

Creative Wellbeing in Practice – Industry Talk with Bonnie Curtis at Canberra Theatre Centre
Bonnie is heading to Canberra Theatre Centre to talk about all things wellbeing!
What does it mean to have a creative practice that places wellbeing, and artists, at the centre?
Merrigong Theatre Company’s Artistic Associate – Artist Wellbeing, Bonnie Curtis, will share insights from the MERRIGONGX Artist Wellbeing Program pilot she leads, offering practical ways to embed wellbeing into your creative practice.
A Q&A will follow, providing an opportunity to ask questions.
About MERRIGONGX’S Artist wellbeing program: The MERRIGONGX Artist Wellbeing Program focuses on artist wellbeing during the creation and presentation of new work. This innovative program supports local artists, facilitating a long-term shift in industry practices towards prioritising artist wellbeing alongside artistic excellence.

We’re thrilled to announce Bonnie is guest teaching this month with AUSTI. Dance & Physical Theatre , sharing her contemporary floor work technique expertise. Her class focuses on mastering the basics with clarity and precision, building skills and confidence for every dancer.
AUSTI. Dance & Physical Theatre is a developmental company for elite contemporary dancers aged 17-25. The company aims to bridge the gap between full-time training, tertiary education and a professional career.

Ooh la la Mon Cherie! Miss Demeanour Productions presents a Valentine’s evening for the romancers and the love of dancers!
Featuring BCP OG Steph Wyburn, French Kiss presents an evening of burlesque effeuillage and troupe showgirl performances inspired by French Parisian Cabaret shows such as Crazy Horse and the Lido.
In the plush surrounds of Cremorne’s art deco Orpheum theatre, bare witness to love in the air with our trapeze duo, feather fan fantasies, tasteful tease and indulgent showgirls with legs for days, with song, dance & circus all tastefully blended to create this unique show.
An evening to dress to the nines and immerse yourself in Sydney’s take on French cabaret and burlesque.
