Olivia Hadley was born and raised in Gold Coast and began ballet and jazz dancing at the age of 6 in the RAD syllabus.

While growing up, Olivia continued her training in dance studios in New Zealand, Brisbane and Bundaberg, to which then began learning the fundamental techniques and styles of hip hop and urban dance in 2017.

Since graduating high school in 2018, Olivia was accepted to study and train at the highly-regarded Sydney Dance Company’s Pre-Professional Year in Sydney directed by Linda Gamblin.

After moving to Sydney and completing her Diploma in Dance at Sydney Dance Company’s PPY in 2019, Olivia has premiered in the full-length work ‘Wonderland’ as a dancer of Bonnie Curtis Projects.

In 2019 she also performed in PACT Salon’s ‘Reclaim’, as well as in Lee-Anne Litton’s ‘Todos Los Que Somos’ (‘All That We Are’) for the Real Festival in Penrith.

Last year she performed with Stephanie Lake Company for the premiere of Colossus as part of Sydney Festival and is currently involved in the Leg Up program with Legs on the Wall. 

She is in the process of creating her first film project which will soon be published alongside those of other artists as part of the collective works of Twisted Element Company.

Olivia first joined Bonnie Curtis Projects to perform in Wonderland in 2019.
