PBT focuses on developing correct use of muscles and technique. It is suitable for not only dancers but people who have had injuries or haven’t trained for a while. This class will help you strengthen your body in a safe, nurturing environment.
What is Progressing Ballet Technique?
PBT by Marie Walton-Mahon (Progressing Ballet Technique) is an innovative program for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet.
PBT increases muscle memory, improves flexibility and strength, enhances ballet technique and understanding of muscles.

No! This is a beginner class for all ages and abilities!
PBT has 3 levels of difficulty and class exercises are adapted to suit everyone’s skill level and ability.
