Updates and Announcements for December 2023

It’s that time of the year where we wonder how we ended up in December so quickly!

Take a look at what’s going on as we prepare for 2024!

 

I still can’t believe that another year is about to end in just a few weeks!

2023 has proven to be a kaleidoscope of artistic expression, pushing boundaries and creating impactful performances across our shows. I want to look back to what we have done, created, and learned over the past 12 months.

One of our standout highlights for this year was our LIMITS Fringe New Zealand tour in February.
This was our second international tour and my first with BCP as a solo performer. It feels so surreal to be back performing on an international stage.

We are also very grateful to be able to perform and share the stage with some beautiful dance companies for our TX1000 at Ausdance’s Till Dusk festival as part of the celebration for International Dance Day in April.

Girls Gone Wild also made leaps this year as we went back to theatre.
Being able to explore the work deeply in this residency was our goal, and we accomplished that!

And choreographing a new work for AUSTI was an extraordinary moment.

These are some of the most beautiful things that have happened in 2023.

Before we leave 2023 behind and move forward to what 2024 has to offer, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of this one wonderful year of exploration and creativity.
