Online Biomechanical Stretching Classes with Coti Cibils
Our dear friend Coti Cibils is running a series of monthly online classes.
Biomechanical Stretching is an organic active stretching technique that develops strong and flexible muscles and increases space in your joints.
By awakening a more precise anatomical awareness and focusing the work of facia in an eccentric way (energy going out), we achieve faster and safer results, no matter if you are a complete beginner or a professional dancer or athlete.
Biomechanical stretching is for everyone!
Backbends and the Core Strength Class
This class will focus on the hips and the core to find a healthy backbend.
Muscles you will focus on:
*QL and Psoas
*Transverse abdominal
*Multifidus
