It’s a fun and engaging 2-hour workshop beginner class for adults which is divided into 2 parts. One hour of Progressing Ballet Technique to warm up your body and learn new ways of engaging your correct muscles. Followed by a one-hour ballet class where you can put into practice your newfound skills.

Warm up with our 3-week Summer Intensive which starts on the 13th of January (January 13 – January 27). Don’t be disappointed though! We still have our 6-week classes which resumes on February 3 and ends on March 9.
