GIRLS GONE WILD Premiered in September
“GIRLS GONE WILD powerfully delves into the battle between what is expected of women and the sacrifices it takes to carry these unrealistic ideals.”
The premiere of GIRLS GONE WILD at Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre was one unforgettable night of wildness.
Audiences stepped into the “Just Let It Go Anger Management Retreat for Angry Women” – a not-so-tranquil escape where young women were pushed to smother their rage and reshape themselves into “palatable” versions of who they are. What unfolded was anything but calm.
Through a bold fusion of dance, theatre, comedy, and razor-sharp social commentary, the work brought un-skippable ads, laugh-out-loud chaos, and moments of deep reflection. The crowd cried, smiled, raged, and repeated – leaving the theatre buzzing with conversation long after the curtain came down.
GIRLS GONE WILD has officially arrived.
SEE VOGELSANG AT ARTS ALIVE FESTIVAL
We’re performing Vogelsang at Arts Alive Festival this month.
Arts Alive will transform Picton into a vibrant street party with live performances, hands-on art experiences and workshops, stunning visual light displays, great music and of course market stalls & food trucks.
About Vogelsang
Have you ever felt a disconnect between your body and the world around you?
Vogelsang explores this complex interplay between women, their physical selves, and the spaces they occupy.
Inspired by the process of radioactive decay, Vogelsang delves into how connections are constantly in flux. They build, morph, and ultimately disintegrate, leaving behind a trail of echoes and a sense of transformation.
Vogelsang invites you to witness the beauty and decay of these ever-evolving relationships.

See BCP dancers Hannah Mourin and Bella Lopes de Oliveira performing in Counterpoint this month.From producer Mara Glass comes a new contemporary dance endeavour, Counterparts, which brings together five choreographers from Wollongong, Sydney, and Brisbane, to present four new works in one exciting show.
Counterparts features ‘Oblique’ by Brisbane duo Bryna Glass and Chloe Jarvela, ‘Homage to a Spiralling Mind’ by Fiona Larkin, ‘Things Our Mother Gave Us’ by Mara Glass in collaboration with the mask work of Steen, and ‘Dissonance’ by Tayla Martin.
